Can your Christian wall decor and plaques be displayed outside?TOP
All of our engraved Scripture plaques are finished for interior use only. Our plaques can be topcoated with a marine grade coating which would allow displaying for exterior use. Please contact us for additional details.
What type of finish or look do you use?TOP
Each plaque is finished with a satin sheen water based lacquer. Water based laquers are as durable and have all the characteristics of solvent based finishes but are gentler on the environment. We ensure each plaque has three coats of lacquer which results in a superior finish and beautiful protection for your handcrafted plaque.
What type of hardware is needed to hang plaque?TOP
All of our Christian plaques come with mounting hardware when applicable. Simply pick your best spot to display your new plaque and enjoy!
How long does it take to process my order?TOP
Standard orders typically take 10 to 14 business days to complete. Please remember each plaque is individually handcrafted and requires multiple steps to complete. Please check out our production page to explore the attention to detail which goes into each piece.
What carrier do you use for shipping?TOP
We utilize the United States Postal Service. If you require another shipping method, please call or email us. Free shipment when applicable will be processed using United States Postal Service.
How will I know when to expect my order?TOP
Once your product has been crafted, your order will be packaged for shipment. If you chose to create a username and password, you may sign in to track your orders status.
What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?TOP
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of merchandise receipt for a 100% refund minus shipping and handling. Cancelled/returned items on custom orders are subject to a non-refundable 20% deposit.

Custom/Personalized orders will vary in time depending upon the requested size and quantity. We accept Visa/MC credit cards. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please allow sufficient time for personal checks to clear before product shipment.
What color will my plaque be?TOP
Our pictures present a close representation of what the final color will be. Given the nature of an individuals computer and its graphical settings, web colors may vary. Wood's individual characteristics may also influence the final color.
